Match Report: Rivers United 3-2 Doma United

In a pulsating match at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Rivers United emerged victorious against Doma United with a narrow 3-2 win. The game, which marked the return leg of their earlier clash in Gombe, showed moments of brilliance and intense action from both sides.

The home team wasted no time asserting their dominance as Ngwangwa capitalized on a defensive error just minutes into the game, rifling a shot past the Doma United goalkeeper, Kingdom Osayi. The result sees Rivers United occupy the 10th position, while Doma United moved down to 6th on the log will look to bounce back stronger in their next outing against Enugu Rangers on Saturday 24th February, 2024 at the Pantami Stadium.
