The General Manager of Doma United Football Club Saidu Umar has expressed appreciation to the CEO of the Club Alhaji Sulaiman Umar for providing a new bus ahead of the new season.
In his effort to continue supporting the league’s new comers, Alhajin Doma acquired a new bus as one of his ways of encouraging the players and officials of the team which will in turn aid their transportation.
While thanking the CEO, the General Manager of the club Sulaiman Umar also known as Sasa said that Alhajin Doma is the number one fan of the Club “we are very lucky to have him as our CEO. We are grateful to Alhajin Doma, he has been the number one fan of this club and his support has been our pillar. No amount of words said can measure how grateful we’re.”
Sasa said acquiring the new bus is another step towards the right direction in achieving the club’s set objectives for the new season “we’ve set our objectives for the new season, and having this new bus is a big plus to us as it will spur us towards achieving our objectives. And we will do everything within our power to repay this good gesture and the other ones he has been doing for us”.
While speaking to the media department of the club, the club captain, Adamu Danjauro expressed happiness over the acquisition of the new bus and says it will spur the players to do more.
“I am not surprised with this, considering the kind of person Alhajin Doma is, he has always been supportive and this is just a little from his numerous good deeds to the club. On behalf of the players, we’re saying thank you to Alhaji and we promise to give our best and make him and the fans proud this season.”.
Meanwhile, Doma United will begin its campaign in the Nigerian elite league on Sunday 15th January 2023 at the Pantami Stadium against Sunshine Stars of Akure by 4PM in what is a debut season for the Savannah Tigers in the league.
